If you wish to apply to CAO and receive a 2025 CAO Application Number, click on the button "Apply" from the menu to start your application.
Once you have submitted an application you will receive your CAO Application Number. You will need to quote your application number in all communications with CAO.
In addition, you will need your application number to log on to your online CAO account.
You will find your CAO Application Number on any e-mail or statement that you receive from CAO.
If you cannot find your CAO Application Number:
Are you certain that you have made a CAO application for entry to HE in 2025?
If you have made a 2025 CAO application, please check your email correspondence from CAO to find your application number. Your 8 digit CAO Application Number will start with '25'.
Your CAO Application Number would have been sent to the email address you used to register with CAO.
Please check your junk/spam folders in that email account.
If you have not yet made an application to CAO click on the "Apply" button from the CAO menu to start your application.
If you are certain you have applied to CAO in the current year but you have misplaced or lost your CAO Application Number, please send an email (through the contact form on our website) to us confirming the following details, for security and verification purposes.
Once you do this, we can provide you with your CAO Application Number:

Once we have verified these details, we will look for your account on our system and notify you of your application number.
