Application Process FAQ » Forgotten Password » Other account access issue » Our premises are temporarily closed to the public due to Covid-19 restrictions. The best and most effective way of communicating with CAO is via the e-mail Contact form. Our online team will respond to your query as soon as possible. Please provide a CAO application number (where applicable) and as much information as possible to assist our team when replying to your query.
If you are an applicant, you should log in to your CAO account and e-mail via the Correspondence Section. This will allow us the opportunity to review your application and reply to your query, usually within one working day.
