📤 Upload Your Supporting Documents
If you're submitting qualifications to CAO, here are the steps you need to follow to upload your documents quickly and correctly.✅ What You Can Upload
You can upload documents that support qualifications listed in Categories 3-7 of the Qualifications and Assessments section, including:- GCE A/AS Levels/GCSE results
- Other school-leaving qualifications
- Other Further Education qualifications
- Third Level Higher Education evidence
- Mature Applicant supporting documentation
You can also choose to upload Advanced Entry supporting documents (if you have applied through the Advanced Entry application process).
❌ What You Cannot Upload
You must not upload:- HEAR or DARE scheme documents
- Disability evidence
- Original transcripts for Graduate Entry Medicine
- A school printout of qualifications is not considered acceptable evidence of results.
📁 Format Requirements
- Formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF
- Size: Max 5MB per file
- Naming: Use simple names like GCE1.pdf, MatureDocs.jpg
- Avoid: Special characters like @, #, &, %
- Quality: Scans must be clear and readable—blurry or altered files won’t be accepted (only minor adjustments, such as sharpening for clarity, are permitted)
🚀 How to Upload
- Log in to your CAO account and go to My Application
- Open the Qualifications and Assessments section
- Click Upload Supporting Documents, then select or drag your files
- Check for any error messages (e.g. wrong format or size)
- Click Refresh Page to confirm your upload
- You can delete files from your CAO account up to 8 hours after their initial upload
- You’ll get an email once your documents are submitted
- Your uploads will be visible in your account from 17th April.
